What can I expect during my first consultation?

During your initial consultation, and probably subsequent interactions before a contract is signed, we try to get as much information as possible about your people-related requirements, your entity, including your business strategy and business goals, and your organizational culture - we try to learn as much as you can about your entity, its organizational structure, business processes, people, and culture. 

How do you determine your fees?

We always aim to achieve a win-win scenario in the determination of our fees. Our fees depend on what kind of services you require, and multiple other factors such as the quantity of open positions/people requirements, and other factors. Except for retained search services (which usually involve a certain advance payment - a retainer fee), other services are invoiced and paid when an assignment is successfully completed and a selected candidate has successfully joined your company, or based on a project milestone payment schedule.
